You and Ms Linnie, smooshing emus for their oils. Evil witch ladies hehe

Im using Aveeno products, oatmeal based like Ms Ann mentioned, Cetaphil and other lotions and body /soaps in the house. I sometimes gotta change things up. What helps 1 week doesn't the next and I just rotate to sorta battle fibro itches and just sad skin issues.

A mixture of Emu oil and Cetaphil work for me. Cetaphil can be used instead of soap. Oatmeal based cleaners/lotions can help, too.

If you bathe/shower in very warm water, it tends to make itching worse, too.

There are wipes used in hospitals that help, too, that don't contain alcohol or drying ingredients. But, I don't have the name of those.
