Does Anyone Else Get Stomach/bowel Pains Because Of FM ? I Am Getting Them Frequently. Do I Blame FM Or Am I Experiencing Unrelated Issues ?

I think it's an unrelated issue. I have fibromyalgia and ulcerative colitis. My stomach pains are unrelated to fibromyalgia.

I have IBS and fibro. I can feel my stomach moving when digesting. It feels uncomfortable at times.
I had a as non functioning gallbladder removed 20 years ago. That pain doubled me over.
