For me, it’s always about trying to stay in front of it.
I dress in layers year round, or at least have them close by.

I mostly affected by becoming cold.

I keep a heating pad and electric blanket to warm me up and incorporate a lot of movement into my day.
If I start to get cold, sometimes I’ll do a mini arm workout or something like that. Just something to get the blood pumping.
If it gets bad, I usually use it as an excuse to slip into the tub.

If I get hot I have a personal fan and ice packs.

If I’m away from the house, I’ll pack a bag with items to help keep me as comfortable as possible no matter the season.
