What Type Of Massage/physical Therapy Has Helped Your Symptoms?
E.g. myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, TENS. Looking to start something along these lines
I did a course on myofascial release- it has given me results like nothing else has before. I practice it almost daily.
I’d say MFR and corrective exercises fit best with the symptoms I experience the most.
I also do a combination of different lymphatic drainage practices. Rebounding is my favorite, but my body doesn’t always let me. I’ll rotate practices like guasha and dry brushing. Sometimes I just use my hands. 🙃
I have used a tens machine on and off since I was a child due to early onset arthritis 🌈🥴
It may help. I’m just not super impressed. But I know people who swear by theirs. 🤷♀️
Thank you both so much!
I rotate between dry brushing and lymphatic massage daily. Since Fibromyalgia affects the muscles and nerves, nerve stimulation via brushing my skin feels soothing and helps to relieve pain. I do this before I shower. I also do lymphatic drainage massage on my face daily.
