Hi. Yes that is the question no one wants to ask but I'm sure everyone with Fibromyalgia has problems . I found that my hips were so painful during sex. My husband thought I had gone off him.because he had Parkinsons I used to explain and he would understand but then he would forget. So it was very stressful. I could do without but he couldn't. I think sex should be enjoyed by both partners and if one is in pain either try to find a way for both to enjoy or completely abstain. It doesn't seem right for it to be all one sided. Trouble is the one in pain feels pressure to perform because he or she thinks they might lose their partner. Not so in my case but that is something on a sufferers mind constantly. Does anyone one else feel the same?

Relationship needs to be worked on. There are sex toys that can take the pressure from time spent in painful positions. Before can be just as important hun and a lot of fun can be had taking the worry away from the deed

Have not tried since been diagnosed, most of my pain is in my hips which spasm and lock so the thought of it is very stressful! The medication doesn't help either - seems to have stopped any urges of sex too!
