Types Of Supplements?
Looking for what you use for natural supplements? I'm currently taken Wild Yam. and considering Malic Acid and magnesium. Anyone have any personal experience with these or others?
I take a supplement called FibroEase. I has a full multivitamin plus the malic acid and magnesium. I can definitely tell the difference on the days I've taken both doses versus the days I forget one dose.
Vitamin D. Most people with fibro are low on vitamin D. Definitely the magnesium, fish oil, and vitamin c and B12.
I have utilized before natural White Willow Bark; dried chips I purchase from online since health food places round me doesn't carry them. The etsy shop owner I get mine from has flavors he can add in there also to help with the taste. I utilize a native Am Indian way of making a supplemental drink mix. It IS what they make Aspirin from so it serves as a blood thinner also, so have to be careful with the mixture, consult a physician prior to use, and/or go by your instinct in the process. It serves to help with inflammation, circulation, headaches, etc.
I take magnesium, fish oil, vitamin b12, and 5000 out of vitamin D twice a day.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I have never heard of Fibro Ease before. I googled it and will ask at the health store that I go to.
