Has anyone tried any natural remedies that have been successful for pain, fatigue, focus, and sleep?

My morning juice (I make it myself) is 2 sticks of celery, a chunk of cucumber, a handful of spinach, 3 apples, a chunk of ginger, 1 pear and whatever else I might fancy putting in. Once juiced I mix a teaspoon of turmeric in. It tastes so good. I do this as I want to heal my gut, which I believe causes a lot of my problems. Depending on how much of the ingredients you add in, you may have enough juice to have a glass at breakfast, lunchtime and maybe even some with your evening meal. Just in case you fancy trying the above and are new to juicing, once you have made a juice they need to be kept in an airtight glass jar in the fridge. Hope this helps :-)

I make fresh / natural fruit and veg juices and add turmeric to them. It does help. Lots of natural foods have great vitamins and minerals in them. I try to eat healthily, I find it helps me.

Probiotics in really big doses and DHEA are the only things that have helped from the Natural range
