I think stimulant along with pain medicine helps . When I am in flare i take Excedrin Migraine , it has caffeine in it and this helps quite a lot . It sort of gives me a boost and helps with the pain ..

I take tramadol. My doctor didn't want to go the stimulant route with me, but I did ask about it for the fatigue and brain fog.

I'm not on anything for pain. Please let us know if Adderall helps in any way. Thank you.

This is interesting. I’ve always been curious about adderall and I’ve found my pain meds don’t work nearly as good as I need them to sometimes.
