My started like that twitchy an then stiffness, an now my arms from elbows shake I cant control it

I have had twitching of my thumbs (not at the same time) and then it will move to another finger. These twitches can last up to 2 - 3 weeks before they quit.

I get burning on front of feet and twitching of feet and legs

Not in my thumbs specifically but in my hands jerk & twitch. A particularly bad place for me are my feet. They need to put you on a muscle relaxer.

I was diagnosed with essential tremor about three years ago. Totaly separate from fibro. It gets worse when I do anything, from type to talk, to walk. Stress, excitement, etc makes the shaking worse. I dont know if this is a spin off from fibro. Are there others who have had these changes as well ? Just wondering. I was offered medication to help the shakes from getting bad but I have declined for now. Unless it really interferes with my life I dont need more meds. Dont accept everything as fibro, its good to check
