Has Anyone Tried Fasting And Did It Help With Fybro Symptoms?
Im trying fasting mostly for weight loss but also for its fantastic health benefits. Lost lots of weight but haven't been doing it for that long.
I did 21 days of the lemon/cayenne pepper/maple syrup fast. Lost weight, but had to stop as my body started using my muscles as nourishment. Felt great while on the fast, but took a long time to recover from the muscle loss. Iām sure a 7 day fast would have been fine.
I get too nauseous

I can only go so long without food and than I'm nauseous.
Do you mean having your last meal say 6pm and then nothing to eat until breakfast at maybe 9am so 15 hours fasting?.
