Anne-this is a great help to me. I jerk awake even if I doze with horrible anxiety. Have meds-but don’t help as well as knowing why ! Thank goodness you shared this. 💜

Waking up suddenly in the early morning, kind of like in a panic? Or in the middle of the night. But you can't recall if a noise woke you, or a bad dream. I've had this kind of experience -- not sure if it's exactly what you are dealing with. But I read this and just in case it's helpful I'll link it. I hope you sleep better!
