I will read my Bible because it gives me peace, and I journal so that helps me relax. You should look into the Holy Bible app. You can look up plans of things you’re going through at that time.

I usually ask for prayer. Lay on my bed. Drink magnesium Malate powder and potassium powder in my water, rest and tell myself repeatedly that this won't last forever this bad.

Make sure I'm wearing comfy clothes. Have taken my medication. Keep hydrated. Then I curled up in my bed and try to sleep or watch something on the television. Then if I'm up to it I'll play games on my phone and/or get on this site. It just depends on how I feel at the moment. May God bless you and your family. 💖🙏💖

I come here, but, also try to do my stretches, take my Villages bath salts and relax in a hot bath and then try to watch tv to take my mind off of it.
