Hi KellyNew!! I get that buzzing sound not sure if it’s the same as mine. Mine sounds more like whistling kinda of sound. I get it when my fibro is flaring up. I have it right now and I know it’s do to this crazy flip flopping weather. It drives me nuts. Also my ears clog up with that sound. Dr. Can’t find nothing wrong of course. It’s also do to being on medication I’ve been told. But for having fibro for so long now , It’s just I know. Hope this helps.

I've been to an ENT and hearing test. Nothing found. The last few days have been excruciating.

Hello Kelly, I also have this symptom. I saw an ENT (ear, nose and throat) expert in 2023. I had an MRI which showed nothing was physically causing it. In this case there is little that can be done. It just seems that it is our ears sensing something. I find it worse at night and when I can’t sleep I listen to what is called a SPA playlist on Apple Music. I find this helps me sleep. Hopefully this helps a little bit 🤞
