Night Foot Cramps.. And A Bar Of Soap
Ok this may sound really weird. I have been putting a bar of soap under the sheet by my feet as an old wives tale says it can help with leg /feet cramps. I get them alot.. Or I did. For the last two months they've eased off immensely. Since I put the soap bar in the bed!
Also on the plus side of your dog likes to sleep between your legs under the duvet he comes out smelling like imperial leather as mine does...
People swear by this on the MYMSTeam site. I don't think the type of soap matters.
I feel relief from it including my arms etc, but I can't put claim to the soap. I just don't know if it's a coincidence or not
Does it only help with feet/legs?

ROFL on the body wash. Don't need to wear it. Just have the bar near your feet.
