your welcome.
My sister and daughter use same protocol, and they are both helped by it too. But please get one small size of each and try it.
we also use Pantene shampoo and conditioner, but I am not sure how much that matters.

100% Cotton clothes and sheets are needed in my family, but they are harder to find and can be expensive. So you may want to try and see if the other stuff is enough for you to get the itching to stop first.

Take care fibro warriors! 💛💚💟💙

Yes, I have this. I have had it for a long time and thought I was sensitive to chemicals, or have a skin allergic reaction to many products. Here is how I control it.

On my body I use Dove sensitive moisturizing bar soap in the shower (not the liquid body wash), Cerave body lotion, Aquaphor on hands while I sleep 💤 at night 🌙 with soft socks inside out over my hands, Aquaphor on my feet under my socks.

I wash my clothes 👕 in the laundry detergent that is dye free or sold for babies, I use nothing extra in washer or dryer (no b!each, fabric softner, or dryer sheets).

I try to wear only 100% cotton clothes 👚, or very high cotton content. This includes bed sheets and pillow cases. Anything that touches my skin needs to be washed several times after I buy it before I can wear it.

Try to reduce the contact between your skin and harsh cleaners used in the bathroom or kitchen.

Sometimes I put a sheet over the couch before I sit on it.

This protocol manages my skin itching, and prevents rashes or redness, as long as I follow it. When I deviate I start itching.

I hope this helps you. 💚
