My doctor told me fibro affect bladder control so have been reading up a lot on it. One thing I found out when you get the signal go right away as it does not wait. I did find info on bladder control and it said to do it on a schedule and your body will get used to that. I think they said 2/12 to 3hrs in between going. Will see if I can find article again. I guess it is like retraining bladder. I wear adult pull ups in daytime but nothing at night don't have problem at night go figure hygs Evelyn
