Feeling Cold But Not Cold To The Touch.
Does anyone struggle with feeling cold but they're not actually cold to the touch?
I'm struggling to sleep because my legs feel cold but when I touch my legs they're warm. But my brain can't quite get the message. I was cold, when I first got into bed, and then i warmed up, well, from the waist up I did.

Has Anyone Else Been Diagnosed With Chronic Kidney Disease From The Pain Medications They Take?
When I was a teenager and the pain started getting too intense to handle without taking anything, I started taking a lot of ibuprofen throughout the day. As in, 9-12 pills a day, everyday, for years. My kidneys were rough every time they've been tested in the past few years, and last year they got so bad my doctor had to refer me to a nephrologist who diagnosed me with Stage 2 CKD. I have a history of thyroiditis, so I get my thyroid checked a couple times a year now to make sure it hasn't come back. So far since the first time it happened, it happened since.
Fibromyalgia And Anxiety
Why does fibro make the anxiety flare up I hate it I'm trying to accept my flare up and then I get the evil anxiety spring up 😣I'm so glad I'm on sertraline though because my mental health isn't half as bad as it was back before I was diagnosed with fibro I honestly believed something was wrong with me but then I was finally diagnosed with fibro. Occasionally now I still get that fear but I take breath and think no it's fibromyalgia I must accept this

How Do You Handle Chronic Fatigue?
If I’m working I can push through the fatigue fairly okay. I’m a dog groomer so it may be the fast pace environment that makes it possible to push through. As soon as I’m off the clock, on a day off, or anywhere else I’m persistently EXHAUSTED. To where I’m physically fighting the urge to sleep or even the act of it. My doctor is referring me to a sleep study but I need something in the mean time to help.
